The short version

KundliSaar collects nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, no server of ours, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking. Everything the app computes, it computes on your own device.

What stays on your device

Your name, date, time and place of birth, the charts made from them, and your settings are written to this device's own storage — app storage on Android and iOS, the browser's local storage on the web. They are never uploaded, and we cannot read them. Deleting a kundli in the app, or clearing the app's data, removes them.

Microphone, camera and photos

All three are optional and every screen works without them.

What those built-in services do with what they hear is governed by your device maker's or browser's own privacy policy, not ours.

The network

The app does not call any API. The place list, the time zone database and the planetary tables are bundled inside it, which is why it works with the radio off. The web version is downloaded from GitHub Pages; like any web host, GitHub sees the request for the page itself. See GitHub's privacy statement.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone, including children. A parent casting a chart for a newborn is doing it on their own device, and nothing leaves it.

Changes and contact

If this ever changes — and the intention is that it does not — the new policy will be published here and in the app before the change takes effect. The app is open source: you can read exactly what it does at github.com/pallavsharmaofficial/KundliSaar and raise anything at its issue tracker.
